Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

Benevolence Children Care and Community Skilling Center (BCCCSC)

At BCCCSC, we are deeply grateful for the generosity of our donors and partners who support our "Mobile Mission" and our 2030 Vision. Because these funds are immediately put to work for our 43 child beneficiaries and our vocational skilling programs (Bakery, Tailoring, Soap-making), we operate under the following policy:

 

Non-Refundable Nature of Donations

In accordance with standard NGO practices and Ugandan charity guidelines, all donations made to BCCCSC—whether through our Centenary Bank account, Mobile Money, or our website—are considered final and non-refundable. These contributions are immediate investments into the welfare of the Rukiga community.

Error in Donation Amount

If you have made a technical error in the amount of your donation (for example, accidentally adding an extra zero during a bank transfer), please contact us within 48 hours.

  • We will review the transaction with our Treasurer, Rugabanomwe Ronald.

  • If the error is verified and the funds have not yet been spent on project materials, we will work with Centenary Bank to facilitate a correction.

 

Recurring Donations

If you have set up a monthly or recurring donation and wish to cancel it:

  • You may cancel at any time through your bank or by notifying us.

  • Past donations already processed cannot be refunded, but no further charges will be made following your cancellation request.

 

Commitment to Purpose

BCCCSC commits to using every shilling for its intended purpose within our 1,823,742,500 UGX strategic roadmap. If a specific project is overfunded or cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond our control, the Management Committee, chaired by Rtd. Rev. Edward Tibaitu, will reallocate those funds to the next most urgent need (e.g., from soap chemicals to child education).
